I wanted to share with you a new, delicious recipe that I
recently tried: Shrimp Pasta with Garlic Butter Sauce. YUM! Shrimp is by far my favorite seafood and who doesn’t love a pasta. This is a perfect combination with the garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients:
½ pound pasta (linguini or fettuccini)
½ pound jumbo shrimp (shelled and deveined)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup chicken broth
¼ cup heavy cream
Parsley (fresh or dried)
Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
1. Make pasta as directed on package.
2. As the pasta is cooking, in a large skillet over
medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet. Add the shrimp; cook for
2-3 minutes on each side-shrimp will be done when pink. Remove shrimp from the
skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter
(1 tablespoon) and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.

5. Once sauce thickens, remove skillet from heat. Add
the pasta and shrimp to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley (fresh or dried) and Parmesan cheese and serve.
